Cosmic Energy Flux Drives Earth & Climate Changes

We are at the beginning of the so-called “global energy leap” on our planet and in the Solar system in general.

Earth's magnetic field is declining and more cosmic energy is bursting through Earth's magnetic defenses and geoscientists can prove that there will be inevitable consequences. More and more scientists debunk the commonly held views of the cause of global warming and the correlation has been made between increased levels of high-energy cosmic rays and climate change. The following information is only a short summary of the wealth of information concerning the climate debate and the growing awareness of cosmic energy driving Earth and climate change.

Global Energy Leap!

Geoscientists have quietly been connecting the dots between space weather and changes in the interior of the Earth resulting in an increase in earthquakes and volcanic activity. Prof. Dr. Elchin Khalilov, Chairman of the World Forum on Natural Cataclysms — International Congress GEOCATACLYSM-2011 in an article states: Changes in the geophysical parameters of the Earth, in particular, the five-fold acceleration of the drift of the North Magnetic pole, changes in the form and geometric parameters of the Earth, variations of its angular rotation velocity and axial inclination, displacement of the center of the masses and global irregular fluctuations of the oceans' level indicate the beginning of the so-called “global energy leap” on our planet and in the Solar system in general. Source: Link The GEOCATACLYSM-2011 conference was attended by scientists from 30 countries that heard 200 presentations with research papers included in the massive 600 page report, “NATURAL CATACLYSMS AND GLOBAL PROBLEMS OF THE MODERN CIVILIZATION”, 2011 Geocataclysm 2011. Here are some additional short excerpts from the Geocataclysm 2011 main report: “The time has come when accumulated earth science data make it possible to take a deeper look into the nature's global changes, and reconsider their extent and their role in the sustainable development of civilization. Many world scientists realize that not only do these changes affect the climate, but they have an impact on virtually the entire volume of the Earth, from its core to the atmosphere and magnetosphere.” From the opening section, 12. The role of natural factors in global climate change as part of the conclusions drawn on the basis of research, we read: – The role of Earth's volcanic activity in global climate change is significantly higher than suggested in IPCC reports. – Increased degassing of the mantle during the periods of intensification of Earth's endogenous activity can be one of the main factors causing global temperature changes. [...] –An important role in climate change is attributed to global changes in the parameters of the geomagnetic field and magnetosphere; this refers in particular to the more than 500% increase in the North Magnetic Pole's drift rate and reduction of the geomagnetic field intensity. Today, the impact of magnetospheric processes on Earth's climate is considered a proven scientific fact. – Global climate change is also affected by solar activity, solar constant variations (flux of solar radiation) in particular, which is also a proven scientific fact. As a result of the studies conducted, a conclusion has been drawn about the beginning of the so-called global “energy spike” in our planet's energy manifesting itself across all its strata: the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and magnetosphere. The starting point for the global “energy spike” is roughly 1998. The global “energy spike” is explicitly reflected in the soaring statistical indicators for the vast majority of natural disasters most dangerous to humanity: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, floods and forest fires. Source: (43.7 MB .pdf) Link It is apparent that the consequences of an “energy spike” are understood amongst the broader scientific community and so scientists are now encouraging the need for “Disaster Resilience”. The United States National Resource Council (NRC) of the National Academies released a report in August 2012, in which the authors looked at how communities can increase their resilience to natural disaster. The NRC committee defined resilience as “the ability to prepare and plan for, absorb, recover from and more successfully adapt to adverse events.” Resilience is thus broader than preparedness, as it implies an innate ability to absorb and adapt to an array of impacts, whether anticipated or surprising.

Highlights of the Climate Wars

Global Warming is general accepted as the belief that Earth is being harmed by the emission of greenhouse gases from the combustion of fossil fuels. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was established in June 1988 by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to assess the available scientific, technical, and socio-economic relevant information for understanding the risks of human induced climate change. The IPCC have published four major Reports which they hoped would be enough to convince the public that there was a concensus amongst climate scientists. Yet, there has been a huge amount of dissent and opposition especially amongst scientists who do not think there is any evidence that man-made greenhouse gases will induce harmful affects on the climate. In order to create a false picture of unprecedented warming, the famed 'hockey-stick' graph falsely showing that today's temperatures are warmer than those that prevailed during the medieval climate optimum. In 1998/1999 Dr. Michael Mann used tree ring data as a proxy for temperature for data up to the 20th century and then tacked on thermometer data. The graph shows a slow decline in global temperatures for 1,000 years (the shaft of the hockey stick) and then a sudden increase in the 20th century (the blade of the hockey stick). Due to how data was manipulated to produce a steep temperature curve, the fabricated graph was immediately adopted as the poster-child of climate alarmism by the IPCC in its 2001 climate assessment, and then retained in its 2007 assessment report despite having been demolished in the scientific literature. The Global Warming Petition Project, also known as the Oregon Petition, is a petition to the United States government urging politicians to reject any policies based on concerns over global warming, and in particular the Kyoto Protocol of 1997. It was organized and circulated by Arthur B. Robinson, president of the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine in 1998, and again in 2007. Past National Academy of Sciences president Frederick Seitz wrote a cover letter endorsing the petition. According to Robinson, the petition has over 31,000 signatories. Over 9,000 report to have a Ph.D.s, mostly in engineering. The NIPCC (2009) Report lists 31,478 degreed signatories, including 9,029 with Ph.D.s. Source: The Oregon Petition The poor climate science and fraud exposed by the use of the Hockey stick graph galvanised many more scientists to oppose the rising tide of climate alarmism in the media. May 2006: The documentary An Inconvenient Truth was released. It focused on Al Gore and on his travels in support of his efforts to educate the public about the severity of the climate crisis. Immediately, some climate scientists and others were alarmed by the alarmism and the inaccurate portrayal of facts and data. Despite the awards for this effort, a very wide spectrum of opinion about this documentary was generated. Detailed Comments on An Inconvenient Truth March 2007: The Great Global Warming Swindle UK CH4 documentary released as the definitive response to Al Gore's AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH. Link May 2007: An Australian scientist by the name of Warwick Hughes compared computer model forecasts with observational data only available since those forecasts were been made. When looking at 32 specific climate model predictions, there was 1 right, 27 wrong and 4 cases where the results were inclusive. (Hughes et al. 2007) Link August 2007: Comprehensive survey of published climate research reveals less than half of all published scientists endorse global warming theory. Link October 2007: Due to a high court ruling in the UK, schools will have to issue a warning before they show pupils Al Gore's controversial film An inconvenient Truth about global warming. Judge Stewart Dimmock said the film was unfit for schools because it is politically biased and contains serious scientific inaccuracies and 'sentimental mush'. Link March 2008: More than 400 additional qualified scientists, with their home institutions, and the peer-reviewed studies they have published in professional journals, which reveal evidence of the moderate 1,500-year Dansgaard-Oeschger cycles. Together with a previous list released by Hudson on Sept. 12, 2007, this brings the total of scientific researchers who have published evidence of this natural cycle to more than 700. Link July 2008: Over 31,000 American scientists rejecting the theory of anthropogenic global warming. Announcement made at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Link July 2008: The American Physical Society, an organization representing nearly 50,000 physicists, reversed its stance on climate change and proclaimed many of its members disbelieve in human-induced global warming. Link October 2008: Thirty years of global warming temperatures go poof! After nearly 30 years, NASA's eight weather satellites had taken more than 300,000 temperature readings daily around the globe. David Douglass of the University of Rochester and John Christy of the University of Alabama at Huntsville (in charge of the weather satellites), in a co-written paper concluded that while manmade emissions may be having a slight impact, “variations in global temperatures since 1978 ... cannot be attributed to carbon dioxide.” July 2009: Members of the American Chemical Society (ACS) revolted against the group's editor-in-chief — with some demanding he be removed — after an editorial appeared claiming “ the science of anthropogenic climate change is becoming increasingly well established.” Link October 2009: Climate data manipulation uncovered. YAD061 identifies as the most influential tree in the world. Link November 2009: Climategate! The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth was suddenly exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit (aka Hadley CRU) and released 61 megabites of confidential files onto the internet. A period of delirium ensued for climate conspiracy theorists. Link December 2009: Amongst the hacked Hadley CRU e-mails was one in which Climate Research Unit (CRU) chief Phil Jones wrote about using “Mike's Nature Trick” (MNT) to “hide the decline.” The decline Jones so urgently sought to hide was not one of measured temperatures at all, but rather figures infinitely more important to climate alarmists -- those determined by climate proxy reconstructions. Link January 2010: Revelation that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) misled the world when it issued a benchmark report claiming was the world's glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035. This was factually wrong, an idea based only on “speculation” and certainly not backed up by any research. Link February 2010: Professor Phil Jones of the University of East Anglia admits publicly that there has been no statistically significant “global warming” since 1995 (15 years). He has also admitted that his Climatic Research Unit has lost much of the data behind the fake 'hockey-stick' graph, which Michael Mann and other Climategate conspirators had falsely attempted to demonstrate that the Medieval Warm Period was not warmer than the present. Link February 2010: The Institute of Physics, that has a worldwide membership of over 36,000 made a statement about climate science, providing a short dissertation on scientific standards. Link August 2010: US Government admits satellite temperature readings “degraded.” All data taken offline in shock move. Global warming temperatures may be 10 to 15 degrees too high. Climate scientists stunned. Link September 2010: The 58th Bilderberg Meeting held in Sitges, Spain 3 — 6 June 2010 discussed global cooling. Link December 2010: Over 1000 international scientists, including many current and former UN IPCC scientists, challenge man-made global warming claims made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Link July 2011: Researcher Charles Monnett who managed 50 million dollars worth of scientific research projects was suspended pending an investigation into his polar bear research. Link August 2011: Inconvenient CLOUD rains on the global warming parade. CERN (Organisation Européenne pour la Recherche Nucléaire) provides the first really serious laboratory-based challenge to the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) theory. The publication of the CLOUD (Cosmics Leaving Outdoor Droplets) experiment's early results in the journal Nature on 25 August, was headed: “CERN's CLOUD experiment provides unprecedented insight into cloud formation.” In plain English, cosmic rays (which govern the amount of atmospheric ionization) can in principle have an affect on climate. Link November 2011: Climategate II! Two years after Climategate, a further batch of emails has been leaked onto the internet. The new batch of emails, over 5,300 in all (compared with about 1,000 in the 2009 release), contains a number of fresh embarrassments and huge red flags. Link November 2011: Bombshell discovery of 'Hide the Decline' Part II. Mann et al did not merely delete data after 1960, they deleted data from 1940 so that the overall plot shows a wonderful uptick in temperatures (The Hockey Stick) which is completely false. This is the NEW but worse 'Hide the Decline'. Link April 2012: Joint letter to NASA Administrator blasts agency's policy of ignoring empirical evidence. 49 former NASA scientists and astronauts sent a letter to NASA Administrator Charles Bolden last week admonishing the agency for it's role in advocating a high degree of certainty that man-made CO2 is a major cause of climate change while neglecting empirical evidence that calls the theory into question. Link May 2012: NASA Astronauts Announce Second Letter to NASA at Heartland Conference attended by lots of prominent climate skeptics. Link October 2012: New figures reveal that from the beginning of 1997 until August 2012 there was no discernible rise in aggregate global temperatures. The new data, compiled from more than 3,000 measuring points on land and sea, was issued quietly on the internet, without any media fanfare. Link November 2012: Open Letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations with the message that Policy actions that aim to reduce CO2 emissions are unlikely to influence future climate. Policies need to focus on preparation for, and adaptation to, all dangerous climatic events, however caused. Link January 2013: Draft IPCC report leaked contains game-changing admission of enhanced solar forcing — as well as a lack of warming to match model projections, and reversal on 'extreme weather'. Most interesting is a graphic that shows all current and previous IPCC climate model forecasts, FAR, SAR, TAR, AR4 were all wrong. January 2013: In a new report Hansen, Sato and Ruedy (2013) acknowledge the existence of a standstill in global temperature lasting a decade. Link March 2013: Climategate 3.0 — the password has been released to all 220,000 emails hacked from the UEA's Climatic Research Unit (Hadley CRU). Link June 2013: For the period 1979-2012, Dr. Roy Spencer produced two graph of the linear temperature trend (running 5-year averages for the tropical tropospheric temperatures) generated by climate models versus observations. The graphs with either 73 or 19 climate models reveal that they climate modelling community have spectacularly failed.

Cosmic Ray Flux Determines Earth's Weather & Climate!

Even though it has now become popular idea that greenhouse gases are causing a climate shift, the cooling effects of volcanic eruptions has not been well studied. So we find that some scientists believe, “In order to understand atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations, which affect climate, we have to look at how aerosols and clouds affect the global carbon cycle.” Source: here. Even more surprising, experts tell us that human activities do not control all greenhouse gases, the most powerful greenhouse gas in the atmosphere is water vapour! “Human activities have little direct control over its atmospheric abundance, which is controlled instead by the worldwide balance between evaporation from the oceans and precipitation.” Source: here In the report Celestial Climate Driver: A Perspective from Four Billion Years of the Carbon Cycle (2005) the authors Veizer and Shaviv found that changes in galactic cosmic ray intensity correlates quite well with the Earth's temperature variations over the past half billion years. By analyzing fossilized seashells, Veizer reconstructed a record of Earth's temperature for the past half billion years and found a repeating cycle of temperature increases and decreases every 135 million years. Although this periodicity corresponds with no known terrestrial phenomena, it does correspond well with our movement in and out of the bright arms of the Milky Way galaxy, causing predictable changes in the amount of cosmic rays impacting our atmosphere, a phenomenon clearly visible in the geologic record. Others note that this could also explain evolutionary changes too. “The effect could explain a mysterious dip in the Earth's biodiversity every 62 million years”, see article Life waxes and wanes with bobbing of the Solar System. Dr. Svensmark from the Solar-Terrestrial Physics Division, Danish Meteorological Institute, believes it is the interaction of the solar wind, a wave of charged particles from the sun and cosmic rays that determines the Earth’s climate. See the scientific paper Influence of Cosmic Rays on Earth's Climate (1997). Since this time, Svensmark's theories were finally proven by various experimental findings. The significant results from the SKY Experiment in Copenhagen published in 2006, were reported as follows: The data revealed that electrons released by cosmic rays act as catalysts, which significantly accelerate the formation of stable, ultra-small clusters of sulphuric acid and water molecules which are building blocks for the cloud condensation nuclei. A vast numbers of such microscopic droplets appeared, floating in the air in the reaction chamber. 'We were amazed by the speed and efficiency with which the electrons do their work of creating the building blocks for the cloud condensation nuclei,' says team leader Henrik Svensmark, who is Director of the Center for Sun-Climate Research within the Danish National Space Center. Later experiments at CERN only served to confirm the original hypothesis that cosmic rays will ionize the air and the production of articles (pions) strongly promote the formation of clusters of sulphuric acid and water molecules – aerosols of the kind that may grow into cloud condensation nuclei on which cloud droplets form. Due to the importance of this research, here is a short timeline of relevant research. August 2007: Quote: Dergachev et al. find that “galactic cosmic ray levels in the earth's atmosphere are inversely related to the strength of the helio- and geomagnetic fields,” and they conclude that “cosmic ray flux variations are apparently the most effective natural factor of climate changes on a large time scale.” More specifically, they note that “changes in cloud processes under the action of cosmic rays, which are of importance for abundance of condensation nuclei and for ice formation in cyclones, can act as a connecting link between solar variability and changes in weather and climate,” and they cite numerous scientific studies that indicate that “cosmic rays are a substantial factor affecting weather and climate on time scales of hundreds to thousands of years.” Link August 2009: Svensmark released a new paper titled, Cosmic ray decreases affect atmospheric aerosols and clouds that confirms 13 years of discoveries that suggest a key role for cosmic rays in climate change. It links observable variations in the world's cloudiness to laboratory experiments in Copenhagen showing how cosmic rays help generate atmospheric aerosols. Link December 2009: There was surprise results from a study that shows CFCs conspiring with cosmic rays most likely caused both the Antarctic ozone hole and global warming. Qing-Bin Lu, a professor of physics and astronomy, whose paper was published online in the prestigious journal Physics Reports, states his results were derived from observations of satellite, ground-based and balloon measurements as well as an innovative use of an established mechanism. Link July 2011: CERN chief forbids “interpretation” of CLOUD results — “results would go immediately into the highly political arena of the climate change debate.” Link August 2011: Jasper Kirkby of CERN and his 62 co-authors, from 17 institutes in Europe and the USA, announce big effects of pions from an accelerator, which simulate the cosmic rays and ionize the air in the experimental chamber. The pions strongly promote the formation of clusters of sulphuric acid and water molecules — aerosols of the kind that may grow into cloud condensation nuclei on which cloud droplets form. What's more, there's a very important clarification of the chemistry involved. Link August 2013: According to Qing-Bin Lu, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are to blame for global warming since the 1970s and not carbon dioxide, according to his new research from the University of Waterloo published in the International Journal of Modern Physics B this week. Global warming under fire!

Due to the many uncertainties about what drives our climate, many scientists prefer to debunk the commonly held views of the cause of “global warming”. Those who cite “evidence” from computer models need to be reminded that the output is only as good as the original input. Simply put, garbage in means garbage out! Note the following quote: “If you put tomfoolery into a computer, nothing comes out of it but tomfoolery.
