This UAP index has been created for those seeking information that explains strange new phenomena in the skies across the world. There are now thousands of reports of "orange lights" or a "red lights" often described as, "orange light sightings". If you have seen "balls of light", "orange orbs" or "orange balls" or what looks like a "plane on fire" in the skies, then the following information will be of great interest to you. The term Unidentified Aerial Phenomena has been adopted by the military, airline and civilian personnel to describe intelligent plasma phenomena that has all the properties of being another lifeform. The most important fact you need to know is that the UK Ministry of Defence conducted a four year study codenamed "Project Condign" that examined historical and current secret UFO files and came to the conclusion that this strange phenomena accounted for most of the 'unexplained' sightings i.e. those reports that could not be accounted for by any conventional explanation.
The Condign report's Executive Summary opens with this unequivocal statement:
"Reports of UAP (popularly known as "UFOs") are usually described as coloured lights and sometimes shapes. They are typically spherical, disc, torroidal or cigar shaped. Very occasionally they are reported with sound and even with smell. Reports occur because they comprise unfamiliar and unexpected lights, shapes and patterns, in the context in which the observer sees them. The phenomena occur on a daily, worldwide basis. […]
"That UAP exist is indisputable. Credited with the ability to hover, land, take-off, accelerate to exceptional velocities and vanish, they can reportedly alter their direction of flight suddenly and clearly can exhibit aerodynamic characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft or missile-either manned or unmanned."
Whats more, the UK Ministry of Defence have deemed this strange phenomena as being NO THREAT to British security. However, there are a few scientists around the world who have been investigating these anomalous lights for decades and we know that these lights have been seen in certain parts of the world for centuries. The reason why they have become very visible and active is because our world is now in a massive transition of cosmic energies. Extraterrestrial Life in the Thermosphere: Plasmas, UAP, Pre-Life, Fourth State of Matter

Abstract
“Plasmas” up to a kilometer in size and behaving similarly to multicellular organisms have been filmed on 10 separate NASA space shuttle missions, over 200 miles above Earth within the thermosphere. These self-illuminated “plasmas” are attracted to and may “feed on” electromagnetic radiation. They have different morphologies: 1) cone, 2) cloud, 3) donut, 4) spherical-cylindrical; and have been filmed flying towards and descending from the thermosphere into thunderstorms; congregating by the hundreds and interacting with satellites generating electromagnetic activity; approaching the Space Shuttles. Computerized analysis of flight path trajectories documents these plasmas travel at different velocities from different directions and change their angle of trajectory making 45°, 90°, and 180° shifts and follow each other. They’ve been filmed accelerating, slowing down, stopping, congregating, engaging in “hunter-predatory” behavior and intersecting plasmas leaving a plasma dust trail in their wake. Similar life-like behaviors have been demonstrated by plasmas created experimentally. “Plasmas” may have been photographed in the 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as “Foo fighters”); repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and classified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Phenomenon. Plasmas are not biological but may represent a form of pre-life that via the incorporation of elements common in space, could result in the synthesis of RNA. Plasmas constitute a fourth state of matter, are attracted to electromagnetic activity, and when observed in the lower atmosphere likely account for many of the UFO-UAP sightings over the centuries.

Dr. Nolan is the Rachford and Carlota A. Harris Professor in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He trained with Leonard Herzenberg (for his Ph.D.) and Nobelist Dr. David Baltimore (for postdoctoral work for the first cloning/characterization of NF-κB p65/ RelA and the development of rapid retroviral production systems). He has published over 300 research articles and is the holder of 40 US patents, and has been honored as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University.

Comment: This is an incredible Fox News interview and it appears that the public is being given some real government disclosure. Dr Garry Nolan even talks about the UK Rendlesham incidence and says the service man that touched the UAP received a brain injury, but was ignored for a long time (rather like the COVID vaccine injured are being ignored now....) There are FACTS here that cannot be disputed and some new FACTS that are very very interesting.
It appears that things have moved on and the U.S. government is pushing for disclassification of all the evidence that has been withheld by previous governments etc about the existence of other lifeforms/ETs/UAPs and even avatars (biological robots). Nolan even suggests that there is a battle going on and humans are mostly ignored by superior intelligences busy minding their own business.

Comment: In this 5:31 minutes video clip, Tucker is wound up and makes a mistake. He stated that 100 servicemen that got too close have been killed by UFOs/UAPs.... This is not exactly correct, only some of them died immediately, but most got a brain injury by energy that scientists cannot identify, as explained by Dr Nolan in the above Tucker show interview. The cover up by world governments, intelligence agencies and private military-industrial government partners is ending.

Aviation Safety in America: A Previously Neglected Factor - October 2000
Richard Haines, former chief of the Space Human Factors Office for NASA/Ames Research Center, produced this groundbreaking and largely ignored report which is built upon the detailed case studies of 56 near misses involving UAPs going back half a century. Haines argued that pilots attempting to avoid collisions might well overcorrect, with catastrophic results. This is because UAPs has extremely good maneuverability and therefore he believes pilots should be instructed to take optimum operational procedures when flying near UAP. This report is 88 pages long but the main analysis is only 29 pages and the rest is references and various appendices which are comprised of selected cases.

NARCAP has a disclaimer that reads: "The term "Unidentified Aerial Phenomena" or UAP is an attempt to address the fact that not all UAP are described as UFO. Many are simply described as unusual lights. A total of 158 different viewing stations were employed in the research with 620 total observers. The "Belokurikha flame"
This photo was captured in south eastern part of the Belokurikha massif. "The flame grew up from the Earth, then rolled itself into a bright ball, rapidly flew up and disappeared in the sky". In 1992, Dmitriev et al. wrote scientific reports which describe the nature of these plasma entities that do not obey our laws of physics!

From the earliest development of radar military operators were puzzled by mysterious echoes on their screens. Based on secret files released at Britain’s National Archives, DAVID CLARKE reveals how British scientists struggled to explain "radar angels". We learn here that since the 1940s and 1950s, radar systems were re-designed to ignore anything that does not behave like a conventional aircraft, but it is apparent that even today, air traffic controllers still see mysterious blips and so have continued, routinely tuning out the "radar angels"!

Radar is the most important modern development that 'coincided' with the advent of UAPs.
In the past, meteorologists classified spurious radar returns, as "Radar Angels". In Plank's (1956) review, he labeled Type III Angels as "Echoes, frequently erratic-moving, from localized, non-wind carried sources". Where he further confirmed his views (Plank, 1959, p. 23) of what he termed "a type of non-aircraft echo that suddenly appears, moves for a matter of minutes in a semi-straight line path at velocities of some 600-2000 mph, and then disappears."

"UFO ignorance is political rather than scientific"- that's the conclusion of two prominent university professors who had the results of their research on UFOs published in the August 2008 edition of Political Theory. It was the first time a major political science journal had published an article dealing with the UFO phenomenon so it has predictably sparked controversy in the academic world. The joint authors of “Sovereignty and the UFO,” are Alexander Wendt, Professor of International Security at Ohio State University; and Professor Raymond Duvall, Chair of Political Science at the University of Minnesota. Their article breaks new ground in opening up for academic debate the way in which evidence of UFOs has not been seriously analyzed in the modern era. Their main argument is that this is due to a “metaphysical threat” that UFOs pose to the sovereignty of modern states. This threat comes not from the reality of UFOs as an inexplicable physical phenomenon that ultimately have mundane explanations, but the implicit assumption that UFOs are intelligently guided vehicles controlled by extraterrestrial intelligences (the extraterrestrial hypothesis).
