Introduction
Over thirty years ago I came across a periodical called 'What Doctors Don't Tell You' which still exists today. I inherited a stack of these magazines and as I read through them I was astounded. Since then, I have never completely trusted the medical profession. However, it's easy to fall prey to what doctor's tell you. For example, whilst visiting a family member in hospital, everybody on the ward was encouraged to have their blood pressure taken. Mine was stratospheric, over 200. As advised, I went to get my blood pressure checked again at the local doctors and it was even higher, nearer 220. Consequently, I was on blood pressure medication for about 8/9 years until I found out some disturbing information and I tried to wean myself off. I failed the first time, but eventually went cold turkey. I did find out how blood pressure was related to nutrition and that a good zinc supplement was needed and that grapefruit helped enormously to reduce blood pressure. Still, it took another 2 years or so before I found out that maybe 100 years ago, age was a factor in blood pressure measurement. 100 + your age was considered normal blood pressure, but today that is not the case. The conclusion by many is that lowering the numbers for blood pressure measurement, sells more medication... Well, since there is a lot of information on social media about health matters, it is easy to check sources, so I started to collect reports and do my own Fact Checking. The following is just information that I have found disturbing or enlightening. I have also provided a tribute to the magazine 'What Doctors Don't Tell You' and Lynne McTaggart's book What Doctors Don't Tell You: The Truth About the Dangers of Modern Medicine.
The Secret Covenant Redux 2
The following are excerpts from an undated document titled, 'The Secret Covenant', first introduced in the webpage
Deliverance From The Media Matrix. Here new exerpts are provided in relation to poison and how they are administered.
- An illusion it will be, so large, so vast, it will escape their perception.
- Those who will see it will be thought of as insane.
We will create separate fronts to prevent them from seeing the connection between us. We will behave as if we are not connected, to keep the illusion alive. Our goal will be accomplished one drop at a time so as to never bring suspicion upon ourselves. This will also prevent them from seeing the changes as they occur.

"We will always stand above the relative field of their experience for we know the secrets of the absolute. We will work together always and will remain bound by blood and secrecy. Death will come to he who speaks.

"We will keep their lifespan short and their minds weak while pretending to do the opposite. We will use our knowledge of science and technology in subtle ways so they will never see what is happening. We will use soft metals, aging accelerators and sedatives in food and water, also in the air. They will be blanketed by poisons everywhere they turn.

The soft metals will cause them to lose their minds. We will promise to find a cure from our many fronts, yet we will feed them more poison. The poisons will be absorbed through their skin and mouths, they will destroy their minds and reproductive systems. From all this, their children will be born dead, and we will conceal this information.

The poisons will be hidden in everything that surrounds them, in what they drink, eat, breathe and wear. We must be ingenious in dispensing the poisons for they can see far. We will teach them that the poisons are good, with fun images and musical tones. Those they look up to will help. We will enlist them to push our poisons.

"They will see our products being used in film and will grow accustomed to them and will never know their true effect. When they give birth we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them its for their help. We will start early on, when their minds are young, we will target their children with what children love most, sweet things.

When their teeth decay we will fill them with metals that will kill their mind and steal their future. When their ability to learn has been affected, we will create medicine that will make them sicker and cause other diseases for which we will create yet more medicine. We will render them docile and weak before us by our power. They will grow depressed, slow and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison.

- They must never, ever find out what we have done, for if they do, we shall have no place to run, for it will be easy to see who we are once the veil has fallen. Our actions shall have revealed who we are and they will hunt us down and no person shall give us shelter.

These plant-based polysaccharides attract and clump microplastics, facilitating their removal without introducing harmful chemicals. In laboratory tests, fenugreek extract removed up to 93% of microplastics, while okra extract achieved up to 80% removal in ocean water. A combination of both extracts proved most effective in freshwater, removing approximately 77% of microplastics. This eco-friendly method offers a promising alternative to traditional synthetic flocculants used in water treatment.

Over the coming months, the FDA will revoke authorization for two synthetic food colorings — Citrus Red No. 2 and Orange B — and collaborate with the food industry to remove six other synthetic dyes.

The project, called “Operation Stork Speed,” includes actions and initiatives such as beginning the nutrient review process and increasing testing for heavy metals and other contaminants for infant formula, the agency said, noting that the FDA has not comprehensively reviewed infant formula nutrients since 1998.

Just so you're aware - most pet vaccines are now mRNA and there can be shedding. Many vaccines for livestock and poultry and now mRNA as well (and what exactly happens when you eat meat that is mRNA, or eggs or...no one knows?). I homestead and avoid these, but even so, pork bought at the store is mRNA meat, chicken, eggs, etc... Some states, TN is the current one, are trying to force every livestock animal in the state to be vaccinated regardless of where they live. They will euthanize any animal that doesn't have proof of being vaxxed.
This is just a single photo of pet vaccines - the traditional vs the mRNA ones. Most vets have no clue. I called mine, we talked almost 30 minutes and they have no idea which is which or why I am concerned. Our vet practice has 8 vets, none of them understand the mRNA issue.

Representatives from pharmaceutical companies and doctors convened at the WHO and decided which level of bone density ought to be considered "normal."
“They set it at a certain level, in a way that…diagnosed something like 50% of the female population over 70 with having this condition…Basically overnight this portion of the population that has bone density below this now has this condition called osteoporosis.”
They effectively “medicalized normal aging of the basically entire female population. Overnight,” he says.
The company that marketed the drug donated bone density testing equipment to hospitals and clinics. Many millions of American women were prescribed a blockbuster drug against osteoporosis. And it turns out that that drug, when taken over several years, “actually makes people’s bones more brittle, more prone to breaking,” he says.

German nurse gets life in jail after murdering 10 to reduce workload

A palliative care nurse in Germany has been sentenced to life in prison after he was convicted of the murder of 10 patients and the attempted murder of 27 others.
Prosecutors alleged that the man, who has not been publicly named, injected his mostly elderly patients with painkillers or sedatives in an effort to ease his workload during shifts overnight.
The offences were committed between December 2023 and May 2024 in a hospital in Wuerselen, in western Germany.
Investigators are reported to be looking into several other suspicious cases during his career.

Pfizer has urged a Florida federal judge to dismiss lawsuits claiming its birth control shot Depo-Provera can cause users to develop a type of brain tumor, saying regulators barred the company from including a warning about the tumors on the drug’s label.
The New York-based pharmaceutical company told U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers in Pensacola in a Friday filing that claims the company failed to warn consumers and physicians about the risk of meningiomas associated with the drug were preempted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s rejection of that warning before the litigation began. The tumors are often benign but can compress brain tissue and require surgery, the plantiffs said in the court filing.
Instead of following a more typical bellwether process to have both sides select cases to test the claims, the judge selected five so-called "pilot" cases to prepare for trial. Pfizer asked the judge to enter judgment for the company in the five cases.
