Spiritual Evolution
In A Nutshell

Metaphysical sources have described the process of human spiritual or pyschic evolution and an anticipated widespread change in human consciousness caused by new cosmic energies. In recent years, this has caused some people to complain about their ‘ascension symptoms’ that they think proves they are being affected by shifting cosmic energies. However, spiritual or psychic evolution is about a change in perception that leads to a change in beliefs. What can be stated is that there are 5 soul levels on Earth; Infant Soul, Baby Soul, Young Soul, Mature Soul and Old Soul. Only Mature and Old souls have any serious interest in examining their beliefs and going on a serious search for truth. Moreover, it is often difficult for some to articulate to others, especially younger souls, the internal process taking place.

Therefore, the following summary prompted by a two and half minute Tik Tok video, can be considered a very useful summary, as spiritual or pyschic evolution is explained in terms of “Value Fulfillment”. This concept is extensively explained in various Seth books, but a simple definition can be “Value Fulfillment” represents the creative development of hard-to-define values which increase the quality of life. Basically, in the process of spiritual evolution, the shackles of cultural conditioning are shaken off and there is a realignment of things that become valuable to the soul.

Things that drop in value;

• Money
• Superficial relationships (romantic or otherwise)
• People pleasing
• The need to have an entourage around all the time
• Self-worth based on employment or job
• Society telling us what to believe, how to behave and what to do
• The societal pressure to keep up with the Joneses
• The need to have the latest and greatest possessions
• The need to be validated by other people

Things that increase in value;

• Alone time
• Authentic connections
• Self authenticity (being true to yourself)
• Being in nature
• Doing things that are in alignment with yourself
• Becoming a Truth Seeker (everything is re-examined to determine truth)
• Love (deep appreciation of the divine essence in all things and all people)
• Boundaries
• Eating healthier and taking care of your body
• Sleep (Not abusing your body)
