4. = SANDPOINT Idaho grouse creek there is a three-phase pump the power was pulled from Sandpoint 20 miles away, just for it there’s a water main from the stream that goes part way up the mountain then in. About 25years or So ago locals said planes were doing skid drops into the area at night

The group is convinced there is as much underground as above and what goes on there involves aliens, UFOs, intergalactic defence and futuristic flight development.

Comment: Quite frankly, because of this one article, I am skeptical about the completeness of this list produced by Gene Decode. Even the mainstream media has pointed out the existence of Qinetiq, and what researchers believe to be the British Area 51 base in Farnborough, Hampshire. The mantra, 'symbolism will be their downfall' is totally appropriate here!

This decode was produced by a group of Australian patriots and is presented by a woman called Amanda and Gene Decode. Starts at ~9mins. At ~52 mins Gene talks about white hats going DUMBs below Melbourne and finding layer after layer and a link to Christchurch, New Zealand. Apparently there is a massive Maglev going around the Australian continental shelf. Gene says wht was found under Melbourne was horrific.

In summary, we have a list of DUMBs and suspect military facilities with DUMBS beneath but little hard evidence. I mean not even an entrance to look at, but there are the obvious cabal symbolism that can be seen on maps, Google or photographs. However, there have been reports that what was found deep underground was extensive and terrible.
