Here is the quote related to JonBenet's death, as follows:

“They (FBI agents Jeff Bennett and Chuck Crabtree) were aware of Huntsville’s reliance on (Senator Robert) Byrd’s Senate appropriations funds for their NASA opearations, yet had no inside knowledge of mind control operations. I explained how (US Army Ranger Colonel Michael) Aquino (founder of the Satanic Temple of Set) used me (Cathy O’Brien) in the training video “HOW TO CREATE A MIND CONTROLLED SLAVE USING A STUN GUN” that was filmed in Huntsville [Alabama by NASA], and even provided details of local persons involved. pg 39

Video by this title was reported to have been found at the JonBenét Ramsey household after her 1996 murder, and her autopsy proved stun prod marks on her 6 year old body, “STUN GUN Said USED IN RAMSeY KILLING”, December 20, 1997, Los Angeles Times. pg 425

A middle aged woman stood up, “Jon Benet Ramsey was murdered last December, and after reading TRANCE (Formation of America) it is clear to me that she was probably under mind control. Stun gun prod marks were found all over her body; she was dressed age inappropriately with a plastic smile and pupilary dilation; a perverse pedophilic sex act on Christimas killed her [suffocation to near death causes dissociation out of body experience and dissociated split personality]; her mother was Miss West Virgina; her father was a military subcontractor like your father; and the whole case is being covered up! Does your case tie in with hers in any way?”

“Yes”, Mark answered, then turned to me. “Excuse me for answering this question first since it is directed to you.” Turning back to the audience he continued, "Ongoing investigations make this a very sensitive subject right now since a copy of the military training film “HOW TO CREATE A MIND CONTROL SLAVE USING A STUN GUN” was found in the Ramsey house. Cathy was used in a military training film by that title. Also, a manifest from the ferry traveling between Traverse City, Michigan and Beaver Island registers JonBenét’s father and Cathy’s father on the same ferry ride.”

I injected, “My younger brother was nicknamed ‘Beaver’ after this so-called religious [Catholic] retreat. Beaver Island is in close proximity to the Ramsey household in Charlevoix, where JonBenét also held the beauty pagent title.”

Mark continued, “Beaver Island is an identified mind control training center associated with the [Catholic] Jesuits. People working for the media mogul [Sir] Rupert Murdock [Jewish Knight of the British Empire, and current citizen of Australia] have this evidence. Let’s see what he does with it.”

“We’ll never see what he does with it!” someone skeptically shouted.

“He’ll investigate it the same way the CIA is investigating itself!” and “He’ll cover it up!” were voiced.

Recently when I saw my [CIA sexslave] daughter Kelly [lobotomized by DOD at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and incarcerated in the Tennessee foster jailhouse system and forced to suffer torture in Satanic rituals and human sacrifices under illegal orders of Tennessee judges], I quickly began in an effort to minimize the pandemonium, “she cried when she said, ‘the only difference between me and JonBenét’s murder is that she can’t be abused anymore.’ JonBenét’s murder has prompted rumors of mind control and caused people to think to ask questions the media won’t answer. People are learning that the media is as controlled as JonBenét appeared to be.”

“Did her mother, Patsy Ramsey, kill her daughter like the media suggests?”

Mark answered the question with a question. “Isn’t it ironic that John Ramsey married a ‘Patsy’?“

“The precious child did not die in vain,” I said solemnly. “Her memory lives on in all of us. How many more have to die before people in this country wake up and stop pedophilia, mind control, and New World Orders?" "Knowledge is your only defense against mind control,” I said. “Please, help us spread the word for Kelly’s sake, JonBenét’s sake and for the sake of humanity’s future.” pg 385

It is quite possible that the video could have been planted in the home to cast suspicion on JonBenét’s family. However, who would want to provide any clues, if this meant the whole issue of Mind Control would become more prominent in public awareness? I agree with Cathy O'Brien, JonBenét’s memory does live on and even though methods of Mind Control have changed, the evidence is plentiful as we monitor celebrities and others, especially when it looks like their mind control is breaking down.

Besides the personal story, this book focuses on the American government inviting NAZIs after WWII to continue their evil experiments on American children. Hence there are extensive references from government archives. From the Preface it states:

“Dr. Alan W. Scheflin, Professor of law at Santa Clara University Law School, and a judicially recognized expert in mind and behavior control states in a letter dated March 9, 1995, that secret government mind control experimentation is ongoing and vastly more expansive than the government authorities are willing to admit. He also is co-author of a nonfiction book entitled The Mind Manipulators, which was published in a dozen countries. He says that he has been studying these secret programs since 1975 and it is his conclusion that there are at minimum hundreds, and most likely thousands of American citizens who were used as guinea pigs against their will in government research projects. What he does not say is that most of the children used in these experiments were sold by one of their caretakers in the name of “National Security” and subjected to untold horrors at the hands of their government. In light of so many abuses of power coming before the public in recent years, many adult survivors of these childhood experiments are stepping forward to be heard.

As a survivor of CIA programs Bluebird/Artichoke and MKULTRA, I began my intense search to document some of the mind control experiments that I was made part of, starting at the tender age of four.20 Through a series of FOIA requests to various departments of the government, I have amassed an incredible amount of material that validates my personal experiences. The CIA bought my services from my grandfather in 1952. Over the next twelve years, I was tested, trained, and used in various ways. A reliable truth serum would be another. In Bluebird, Dr. Colin Ross documents the deliberate creation of Multiple Personality by psychiatrists working under government contracts. CIA personnel were not opposed to working with Nazi doctors who had proven to be proficient in breaking the mind and rebuilding it. To perform these experiments they also used the expertise and knowledge of doctors at private hospitals with whom they made contractual agreements. In some cases military bases were used to hide these covert activities.

On December 17, 1999 I turned 52 years old. On that day I received three CD ROM’s from the CIA in response to my FOIA request. Forty-eight years after I was first experimented on, I found solid proof of my memories proof that was in the government vaults of the nearly 18,000 pages of declassified documents from the Bluebird/Artichoke and MKULTRA programs. One of the documents specifically stated that experimental studies of the postulated abilities of a few specially gifted subjects would be conducted.21 The document states, “That in working with individual subjects, special attention will be given to disassociative statesiii which tend to accompany spontaneous ESP experiences. Such states can be induced and controlled to some extent with hypnosis and drugs... The data used in the study will be obtained from special groups such as psychotics, children and mediums...”

The document continues, “Learning studies will be instituted in which the subject will be rewarded or punished for his overall performance and reinforced in various ways by being told whether he was right, by being told what the target was, with electric shock etc.” The proposal then goes on to say, “In other cases drugs and psychological tricks will be used to modify his attitudes. “In other cases drugs and psychological tricks will be used to modify his attitudes. The experimenters will be particularly interested in disassociative states, from the abaissement de niveau mental,iv to multiple personality in so-called mediums; and an attempt will be made to induce a number of states of this kind, using hypnosis.” The government had finally handed me the validation I had been searching for.”

A Nation Betrayed: Secret Cold War Experiments Performed on Our Children and Other Innocent People by (2001) by Carol Rutz

The book Eyes Wide Open by Australian whistleblower Fiona Barnett is the most recently published book recommended on this webpage (last edition 2020). Fiona has been given coverage by the Australian media when she spoke out and revealed that she was the victim of a child abuse ring which included three former Australian prime ministers. Quite frankly, there is nothing stated any different to the reports given by other survivors. The process of becoming a MIND CONTROL slave is standardised. The following quote is from the introduction of Eyes Wide Open as follows:

“Eyes Wide Open is not a biography as such, and descriptive dialogue is limited. Consider it more a reference book designed to meet three distinct aims:

1. Provide the relevant historical basis for understanding the existence and coverup of CIA child trafficking, ritual abuse, and mind control.
   
2. Document my personal experience of this abuse in Australia and the USA.
   
3. Offer information for combating the techniques which cults, the military and intelligence agencies use to artificially induce dissociation and achieve radical and strategic behaviour modification. I explain the nature of Trauma-Based Forced Dissociation including the victim selection process, why most therapy is ineffective, and why a Trauma-Focussed Integration approach is essential.

My testimony is scaffolded by the extraordinary research of Steve McMurray who assembled the jigsaw of faces, places, and relationships I recalled and relayed. Steve’s work features mainly in the chapter MK-ULTRA in Australia. This book would not exist, and my integration would not have been as thorough, without Steve’s research efforts.”

I found this book useful but Isacc Kappy met Fiona Barnett in Australia and he left with a few doubts and question marks about her. Whatever, I would be very concerned if there were doubts expressed by other SRA/MIND CONTROL survivors. With the horrific descriptions of constant trauma, it is a miracle that there are any survivors to tell us what has been happening to thousands of children and adults over many decades.

Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler co-authored the book The Illuminati Formula Used To Create An Undetectable Total Mind Control Slave. Both Fritz and Cisco bring years of experience in dealing with Monarch programming to bear on the writing of this book. Fritz researched the Illuminati, while working with victims of its programming and authored The Top 13 Illuminati Families, and several other books. Cisco Wheeler was from an Illuminati family and was deprogrammed successfuuly by Fritz.

This book is a tough read because the MIND CONTROL programming methodology and language used is extensively detailed and explained. However, there are sections where various famous names are mentioned and in chapter 5, there is a lot of information about Billy Graham. In the section, ‘The Use Of Religious Fronts’, we are informed that;

“Everyone in the Illuminati of any significance has participated in grooming the public to believe that Billy Graham is a great man of God. Graham has stood beside each of the Presidents and the Pope. The Illuminati don’t just program individuals, they program whole nations. The public has been led to believe in a television image. But what if the secular media’s image of Billy Graham is not real? For Christians it means that they can quit trusting in a man, and place their trust fully on God. For secular readers, they can begin to see the extent of how America’s institutions have been corrupted by the horrible trauma-based mindcontrol. The heart-beat of the Body of Christ is crying out that something is terribly wrong. We will address that. All of us, whether Christian or not, must step out of the lies and look clearly out into the darkness and see every facet of this evil mind-control. When men who worship the god of this world place “In God We Trust” on the Federal Reserve bank notes, we who know the truth must step out of our dream world and realize that they mean Lucifer. (By the way, the Federal Reserve is not a government agency, but a private banking institution of the Illuminati. This has been documented in a number of writings.) The issue at hand in this next section is to show how the institution called “the Christian church”, and the world in general has been deceived by a programmed multiple and this trauma-based mindcontrol. Secular readers will be shown that the doctrines that Christians want to believe in, have been subtly destroyed under the disguise of building them up. This is no different than the destruction of the positive values which hold any group together. This quote is of great relevance as megachurch pastors are now being outed for their use of Freemason hand signs (showing their true allegiance) and others being forced to resign because they have been arrested for child trafficking and other similar misdemeanours that the military are now punishing. Fritz was Amish for several years and knows a lot about this group, but in his writings, they were not being spared either as he details how Amish churches can be used as a religious front and how Amish children are placed under MIND CONTROL.

WARNING! There is a warning given that if the reader has been a victim of mind-control, then this book should be considered DANGEROUS.

Well, this is the first British 'Joe 90' mind controlled operative that I have come across. It appears great efforts have been made to persuade anyone who comes across James Casbolt to dismiss him as a fantasist. Casbolt's interviews and book, Agent Buried Alive, The Autobiography of Commander James Casbolt (2008), provide a very interesting Big Picture overview on WHY children from certain bloodlines are brought into mind controlled programs. The revelations are breath-taking and frightening at the same time.

The book attempts to join dots up and for some people, reading this book will provide far too much enlightenment. The main effort to discredit Casbolt comes mainly from a rather strange interview | XTwitter link the day before sentencing, where Casbolt is spoken to like he is a naughty school-boy. What is not discussed is: how did someone like James Casbolt with a delinquent demeanour manage to marry a billionaire's daughter? Link

In his interviews, he talks about the Illuminati as not being all bad. In his last interview before his 12 year sentence, he explains the Illuminati are very old vampires and these days cyborg vampires, terrified of being lynched by the masses. As he mentions in interviews, killing him for speaking out would add credence to his story. So, it seems that putting Casbolt in prison was a compromise. For serious researchers concerning MIND CONTROL and DUMBs etc, this book is A MUST READ. However, be warned! There is a lot of information about our extraterrestrial/terrestrial overlords.

Image Right: Again, James Casbolt's experiences as a child tally closely with the Joe 90 children's TV series. He mentions several times being strapped into a 'tripseat' or 'trip-seat' as a child before being programmed.

Researcher John Greenewald Jr, has made over 9,000 Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests and posted over 2 million pages of documents online on his website The Black Vault since 1996.

These FOIA Documents reveal how the CIA experimented on both humans and animals using drugs, hypnosis and electronic devices as part of the top secret - and illegal - mind control project MKUltra. The amount of redactions concerning projects that took place in the 1950s and 1960s, suggests that the CIA could still be carrying out these experiments in another guise. Due to the way governments and the mainstream media worldwide are mishandling the COVID19 'plandemic', many have realised that there is another agenda at play. Scholars, intellectuals, scientists and intelligentsia in general woke up first and realised that they could link what was happening to the psychology of totalitarianism, that has been studied for decades.

There are tried and tested ways to force a large segment of the population into psychosis.
