HAARP

Fire in the Sky

Now any normal intelligent person would think that maybe these kind of "experiments", or earth vandalism should be curtailed, but we find that they became 'routine'. The US Project Starfish (1962) set off massive bombs which were intended to practically destroy parts of the Van Allen belt, but the result was that the belts actually widened. A Fijian Sailor, present at this nuclear explosion, told Bertell that the whole sky was on fire and he thought it would be the end of the world. This was the experiment, which generated strong protests from the Queen's Astronomer, Sir Martin Royle in the United Kingdom.

The Beginning of Star Wars

In 1968 the US military proposed Solar Powered Satellites in geostationary orbit some 40,000 km above the earth, which would intercept and transmit solar radiation back to earth. Although this was proposed as an energy program, it had significant military implications. The SPS was also described as a psychological and anti-personnel weapon, which could be directed toward an enemy. The manned platform of the SPS would provide surveillance and early warning capability, and ELF linkage to submarines. It would also provide the capability of jamming enemy communications. The SPS was also capable of causing physical changes in the ionosphere. This project was considered a very expensive way to produce energy and was shelved, as funding was denied by Congress, even though President Carter approved. Surreptitiously, the project resurfaced in the U.S under President Reagan, when it was given a much larger budget from the Department of Defense and called Star Wars.

Making Holes in the Sky

When the Saturn V Rocket malfunctioned, the burn caused "a large ionospheric hole". [7] The disturbance prevented all telecommunications over a large area of the Atlantic Ocean and lasted for several hours. NASA and US Military were 'fascinated' and so began to design ways to test this new phenomena and make it happen again and again between 1975 and 1981!.

Recreating the Biblical Flood

By 1978, U.S. Military realized that communications in a nuclear hostile environment would not be possible using traditional methods of radio and television technology. [8]. So a new military system, Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) was developed that would enable military commanders to monitor and control the missile prior to launch both in hostile and non-hostile environments. This system used a 'dark beam' (not visible), resistant to the disruptions experienced by radio and television. These dark beams contribute to the formation of energetic plasma in the atmosphere which the sun tries to repel contributing to holes in the ozone layer.[9] It has also been reported that in 1993 the GWEN radio towers created a high level electromagnetic dam in the atmosphere in the American Midwest that created rain for 40 days and nights. GWEN towers were located right where the rain came down in a Biblical type deluge. Military planners have also not been very thoughtful, as the GWEN towers are located right along the San Andreas fault in California and Nevada![10]

Chemtrails R Us

The Poker Flat Rocket Launch Project started in 1968 and some researchers think it is inextricably linked to HAARP. The location is about 50 km North of Fairbanks, Alaska, and is operated by the Geophysical Institute with the University of Alaska Fairbanks, under NASA contract. It's main claim to fame is major weather rocket launches with Chemical Release Modules (CRMs) to help NASA "understand chemical reactions in the atmosphere associated with global climate change". In March 1989, rockets launched over Canada, releasing barium at high altitudes created artificial clouds that were observed from as far away as Los Alamos, New Mexico. The creation of Chemtrails is now a hot topic, and other countries are reporting the activity of artificial clouds being made in the skies and the associated residue of 'angel hair'.[11] A scientist has revealed that chemtrails are temporary "chemical antennas". It is also worth informing some readers that some Barium salts compounds are used as rat poison.

Christmas Lights

As early as 1992, the Navy talked of creating 10 kilometer long antennas in the sky to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves needed for communicating with submarines. Another purpose of these experiments is to study the Aurora Borealis, called by some an outdoor plasma lab for studying the principles of fusion. The US Navy has also been carrying on High Power Auroral Stimulation (HIPAS) research in Alaska. Through a series of wires and a 15 meter antenna, they have beamed high intensity signals into the upper atmosphere, generating a controlled disturbance in the ionosphere. In November 10, 1991, "Christmas colors", were seen in the sky above Texas, and scientist admitted that the ionosphere must have been weakened at the time, so that the electrically charged particles hitting the earth's atmosphere created the highly visible light called airglow.

Moon Bouncing

Researchers have started to suspect moon bouncing experiments have been going on since 1998.[12] Researcher Guy Cramer says strange signals have been picked up since 1998 that indicate an Ultra Low Frequency from .9 to .95 Hz of a wavelength 319,877 km or 198,711 miles which is very close to the moon's distance. His conclusion is that the US military are using a technique normally used by ham radio enthusiasts with the HAARP radio-frequency transmitter. HAARP details to follow.

Who gets the Prize?

There have been other nations experimenting in the Sky and the Russians have also set off nuclear bombs in the ionosphere, so arguments have raged over who did the most damage! However, it is not certain whether the U.S. Military have an automatic claim to the first prize for, 'Pigs in Space'. Some researchers believe that the Russians could have been responsible for the July 28, 1976 Tangshan, China earthquake, in the first month that the Woodpecker project became operational, where 650,000 died. After fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs to understand and control the upper atmosphere we now have in place a mechanism of alarming capability.

Eco Terrorism

One short statement was made in 1997, which should have set alarm bells ringing around the world. Unfortunately at the time, the media was completely absorbed with the US scandal of President Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky. A serious issue was ignored in a frenzy of sleaze.

"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts."

This quote comes from President Clinton's Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn. [13]

It was pointed out by concerned commentators and quite rightly, that the words terrorist and counterterrorism were added after the statement was made. The technology to do these 'evil acts' cannot possibly be in the hands of terrorists, unless the terrorists are actually other world governments! The United Nations General Assembly will provide on request a certified copy titled;

"Convention On The Prohibition Of Military Or Any Other Hostile Uses Of Environmental Modification Techniques" approved by the UNGA on December 10, 1976.

This U.N. convention, dated so long ago, was not talking about terrorists either! The reason why we cannot possible suspect terrorists is simple. The only known mechanism on earth to create these environmental changes are very powerful atmospheric heaters. Since we have lived in a world of satellite surveillance for many years, there is nowhere to hide them. The biggest atmospheric heater is known as HAARP and it consists of 360 72 foot (21.5m) tall antennas, spread over 33 hectares![14] So with this logic, do these world leaders think we are all so stupid as to worry about terrorists!

This statement from a government source, is informing ordinary people that we cannot assume that Gaia or God is to blame for earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, droughts, floods, and tsunamis etc. The only way we can now tell whether eco terrorism is involved is to examine historical seismic or weather data and to see if there are any strange inconsistencies. From a military point of view HAARP IS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION. We find there are smaller systems at Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Fairbanks Alaska; Tromso, Norway, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Apatity, Russia; Kharkov, Ukraine and Dushanbe, Tadzhikstan. There are even plans for a system in Australia too.

HAARP: The Facts

HAARP array of antennas

The acronym HAARP stands for 'High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program' and is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. The official story is that it is designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." What HAARP does is beams Gigawatts of powerful high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere. The plasma in the ionosphere "boils" which then allows a beam of electromagnetic energy to be reflected off this lens and steered to locations around the world. One physicist is quoted as saying,

"One way to visualize this power level is that a 10 billion watt generator, running continuously for an hour, would deliver a quantity of energy equal to that of a Hiroshima-size atomic bomb."[15]

This is the public acknowledgement of what HAARP will achieve a

• Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
• Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
• Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,
• Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties
• Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves,
• Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.

There are aspects of HAARP and environemental control that are admitted like the infamous U.S. military's white paper, 'Weather is a Force Multiplier, Owning the Weather in 2025'. What is less emphasized has been uncovered by reading through the patents associated with this technology. There is a real possibility that the technology in the hands of a few can be used to 'entrain the brains' of large populations. The Russians think this is the case too,

"What the Russians are worried about (as they're trying to explain in badly translated prose from Moscow's Interfax News Agency) are U.S. plans to begin large-scale scientific experiments using the Alaska-based HAARP in 2003. Ninety Russian deputies signed the appeal against the HAARP program, charging that the experiments "would create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions." (Fitrakis, 2002)[16]

The ability to 're-arrange consciousness' with electromagnetism, has also been in development for over fifty years). The number one target of the U.S. Military to enable this, is the aurora electrojet!

The Antenna in the Sky

The official March 2, 1992 Federal description of the HAARP transmitter (Specification No. SS-HAARP-02) states:

"One of the major issues to be addressed under the program is the generation of ELF waves in the ionosphere by high frequency heating. This requires locating the heater where there are strong ionospheric currents, either at an equatorial location or a high latitude (auroral) location. ... Ground based techniques employ the use of high power, radio-frequency (RF), transmitters (so-called 'heaters') to provide the energy in the ionosphere that causes it to be altered, or enhanced."[17]

"...The potential exists for generating such (ELF) waves by ground-based heating of the ionosphere. The heater is used to modulate the conductivity of the lower ionosphere, which in turns modulates ionospheric currents. This modulated current, in effect, produces a virtual antenna in the ionosphere for the radiation of radio waves. The technique has already been used to generate ELF / VLF signals at a number of vertical high frequency heating facilities in the West, and in the Soviet Union."

This official 1992 spec sheet is the first official admission that the system has been successfully used at many locations East and West.

The 12/15/91 Alaska Daily News carried the following article on HAARP: "Electrical energy floats high over Alaska, where it is visible as the aurora borealis, a shimmering white, green and crimson curtain. These brilliant northern lights are, in fact, the product of a huge natural generator that produces up to10 million megawatts of power as particles from the solar wind crash into the earth's magnetic field. ... There are concentrated currents, called Electrojets, that flow in the ionosphere, and may sometimes reach millions of amperes. When the electrojet touches earth, as it sometimes does during magnetic storms, it can knock out telephone cables and power grids."[17]

One enthusiastic U.S. Senator Stevens went onto the floor of the Senate in 1990 and declared, "We have in Alaska what I consider to be one of the most exciting research projects, that I have ever encountered. It is the experiments that are going on trying to determine if it is possible to harness the energy of the electrojet for the use of mankind." He said the project "has the potential of using a laser beam to be a conductor of this energy back to earth."[3]

Senator Stevens arranged a $34 million grant for the University of Alaska to "harness the electrojet" as a source of electrical power.[18] The Foresight Institute, complaining on the money spent suggested, "tapping it [the electrojet] for power is about as practical as feeding lightning into the power grid. The recipients of the grant, knowing it to be scientifically unsound, managed to develop an elaborate rationalization which allowed them to accept the money anyway."[19]

Messing with the Geomagnetic Harp

David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiations with the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic grid:

"HAARP will not burn 'holes' in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP's giant gigawatt beam will do. Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of 'ion-o-speres' that absorb and shield Earth's surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the sun. Earth's axial spin means that HAARP -- in a burst lasting more than a few minutes -- will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a 'hole', but a long tear -- an incision." Crudely Plucking The Strings

"Second concept: As Earth rotates, HAARP will slice across geomagnetic flux...a donut-shaped spool of magnetic strings -- like longitude meridians (on maps). HAARP may not 'cut' these strings in Gaia's magnetic mantle, but will pulse each thread with harsh, out-of-harmony high frequencies. These noisy impulses will vibrate geomagnetic flux lines, sending vibrations all through the geomagnetic web."

"The image comes to mind of a spider on its web. An insect lands, and the web's vibrations alert the spider to possible prey. HAARP will be a man-made microwave finger poking at the web, sending out confusing signals, if not tearing holes in the threads."

"Effects of this interference with symphonies of Gaia's geomagnetic harp are unknown, and I suspect barely thought of. Even if thought of, the intent (of HAARP) is to learn to exploit any effects, not to play in tune to global symphonies."

The final quote in this section about the dangers of messing with the geomagnetic harp is a theme that will be echoed throughout this book. A researcher, Paul Schaefer of Kansas City, with a degree in electrical engineering and four years experience building nuclear weapons, made the following poignant statement.

"Most of the theories that we have been taught by scientists to believe in seem to be falling apart".[3]

Playing With Fire

What is of concern, is those with power to alter the environment whose consciousness is firmly entrenched in the old paradigm mindset. HAARP may have another purpose that has not been widely considered. The concept of a shield in space has been widely announced but the question is a shield against what. A curious thought is that the original title of Eastlund's Patent is, "Method for producing a shell of relativistic particles at an altitude above the Earths surface." Is it possible that HAARP was actually developed as an Earth Shield to stave off the impact of the energetic changes being delivered by the Sun. Actually, there is evidence that this is the case.[20] Since we have a history of military crackpot ideas, this idea is not that far fetched. Now we aware there appears to be an international effort to understand, counteract and even take advantage of the new electrical conditions on Earth especially during geomagnetic storms. We do not know if the new environment could be more of a challenge or an opportunity for HAARP.

However, the HAARP Program is now causing real concern and protests are now being voiced around the world. Scientists are warning that the Earth environment is now unstable due to the increased activity of the sun. The Earth is warming up from the inside due electrical induction, caused by the electric currents induced by the alternating magnetic field (due to interaction with the sun and even the moon). The Earth's magnetic field is in danger of breaking down and opening the way for a Pole Shift. HAARP is a project which will cause further destablization to an already unstable environment. We have an out of control military forces, which are excited by playing with a fragile environment. In 'Restoring the Electromagnetic Laws of Love' we have to understand the challenges that we now face, Lightworkers are being encourage to raise the collective consciousness to minimize the disasters that will occur. We cannot ignore the events happening, it is for those with higher consciousness, to realize the power of intent and action to make a change on the world scene.
